Standard Website Package - $499.99
This is our core product required by all clients and includes the setup of one domain name, site main page, email addresses (10 accounts), and one year of hosting on our servers.  Text and images provided by client.  A yearly renewal fee of $49.99 will be billed at the end of each year to renew the client’s domain and hosting.

Banner Marketing - $99.99 setup
A banner will be created for the client's site and either enrolled into an exchange program or pay per view program.  The choice and preferences will be discussed with the client at setup.

Business Card Layout - $149.99 Setup
Clients wanting to mirror the look and feel of their website can use this option.  We will create a business card layout that compliments their online image.

Catalog Layout - $149.99 Setup
10 Products Setup
Clients that have products to sell and are wanting to mirror the look and feel of their website can use this option.  We will create a layout of their products or services that compliments their online image.

Database Forms or Reporting - $99.99 Setup Each
If a client has information they wish to store and maintain, we can setup the needed forms and build custom reports allowing them to track the information collected.

File Transfer System - $99.99 Setup
A file management system setup on the client’s site that allows remote users the ability to upload and download files from this section depending upon their security access.

Flash Animation or Video Production - $149.99 per minute of video
Animated videos or introductions used to add excitement to a client’s site or promote their products.  These can be used as a site splash screen or product demonstration.

Gallery - $99.99 Setup
50 Image Setup
Photo and or Video gallery setup on the clients site to illustrate their work and or promote their products and services.  Once setup client will have the ability to manage their own gallery if they choose to, by added or removing images.

Logo Design - $149.99 Setup
Clients that currently do not have a logo can benefit from the brand recognition that a professionally designed logo offers.

Newsletters - $99.99 Setup
 Clients can stay in touch with their customers by using our Newsletter function.  Customers register on a client’s site and each time the client creates a newsletter it will be sent to all registered clients.

Ordering System - $149.99 Setup
100 Item Setup - Primarily Used In Food Service Industry
This module is a combination of our Forms and Reporting modules that allows restaurant owners the ability to offer convenient online ordering to their clients.  By placing the clients menu online it will free up the clients phones giving them more capacity at peak business hours while offering customers a more convenient way to place large orders.

Photography Session - $99.99 / 1hr (2hr min $199.99)
Tampa Bay Area Only At This Time
If a client does not currently have photos available for use on their site.  We have a professional photographer visit their location and spend a minimum of two hours photographing their location, staff, products, etc...

Scheduling System - $149.99 Setup
An online schedule will be created for the client’s site that will allow customers to choose appointments from available dates and times.  The client will be trained in the systems setup and use, but we also recommend the New Client Priority Customer Service to insure the successful implementation and long term use of this feature.

Social Networking - $49.99 Setup per Network*
Facebook, Flicker, MySpace, Twitter, etc. Can be integrated into a client's site.  Clients who use these sites can make it convenient for their new visitors to connect with them on those social media networks.  *Pre-enrollment into the desired social networks is required or additional setup fees will be incurred for Quick Image Design to setup social network accounts for the client.

Store Front - $149.99 Setup

An online store front will be created for the client’s site that will allow customers to order goods and services and process payment on checkout.  The client will be trained in the systems setup and use, but we also recommend the New Client Priority Customer Service to insure the successful implementation and long term use of this feature.

Customer Service
All contracted clients are appreciated and handled with professional courtesy.  A standard customer service queue will be maintained to insure each client’s issues are handled in the order they were received.  If a client either feels they need additional support or their site has grown to the point that requires continued monitoring and assistance, they can purchase priority customer service plans.

New Client Priority Customer Service - $149.99
This plan is for clients who feel they are unsure about updating their own information and getting use to our system can purchase this plan and receive three months of priority service.  This means if they have any issues or questions they will be assisted immediately and will not sit in queue waiting for assistance.  After three months the client should have a good grasp on the system and their site.  At that time they will be placed in the standard customer service queue.

Monthly Priority Customer Service - $99.99/Month
This plan is for clients who have large sites that need continual updating and or monitoring.  Any issues that arise will be worked on immediately and place at the top of our priority queue.  This plan can be started or stopped at anytime.
